The new PassagePoint Professional v4.5 gives you even more control in verifying, registering, and badging visitors than earlier versions. It’s also simpler to use with new tools, design wizards, and other features. No other visitor management product offers such functionality, speed, ease-of-use, and scalability.

SecureView™ Explorer Window

secureview panelSecureView is a smaller window located on the lower half of the Explorer Window in PassagePoint Professional v4.5. It provides a quick graphic status of overall building security and lets you:

  • Quickly identify undesirable visitors through photos or other alerts on a temporary or permanent basis
  • Know the status of evacuations in one building or across an entire campus
  • Be notified of emergencies immediately
  • Communicate to staff current threat levels or policies and procedures

SecureView is also very flexible. It lets you designate locations for each of your own watchlists, select colors and texts for each level of emergency alert, and author your own security policies and procedures.

With PassagePoint Professional v4.5, you can now create your own custom badge instead of choosing from a limited set of templates. It’s easy with the built-in design wizard and other features such as 2D barcodes and print preview. PassagePoint Professional v4.5 now supports Avery labels in addition to Dymo and TEMPBadges.

Other Improvements and New Features

New Web Pre-Registration Module: PassagePoint Professional v4.5’s Web Pre-Registration module has a new interface that makes it easier to navigate and use. You will also find new functions such as “search” and “favorites”, and other tools that let you compile lists for future pre-registrations.

New Support for Passport Scanning: PassagePoint Professional v4.5 with Rapid Registration lets you
scan passports, as well as driver’s licenses and business cards.

New Support for Extended Visits: PassagePoint Professional v4.5
now lets you customize registrationsfor different lengths of visits.
For example, you can let registered contractors and other frequent visitors check themselves in/out over a designated length of time. Or maybe, a partner or client is visiting for just a week, and you want them to be able to check themselves in/out on a daily basis after first registering. Other combinations are possible. That’s the flexibility and control that PassagePoint Professional v4.5 gives you.
