Las Vegas, NV (April 5, 2006) – STOPware’s popular PassagePoint visitor management solution has been made even more user-friendly with the addition of the Topaz Signature Tablet. Now visitors are able both to input their signature for access or identification, and to view notices displayed on the tablet.
“By incorporating the Topaz Signature Tablet into our PassagePoint Professional and Enterprise solutions, we further increase the utility of these powerful visitor management systems to include signature capture capabilities in a value added package,” said Dana Milkie, General Manager, Brady People ID. “The interactive nature of this device also allows users to address liability and consensus issues in a consistent and professional manner with little disruption to security personnel’s work flow and/or visitor traffic.”
The STOPware Topaz Signature Tablet features a 4” x 5” interactive LCD for capture of signatures to support various visitor management applications. Configured to support both PassagePoint Professional and Enterprise solutions, the Topaz Signature Tablet can be programmed to automatically display a non-disclosure agreement, security consent agreement or any form of notice deemed necessary by the end user. Users approve these documents through the tablet’s pen-input system before signing in electronically. For space efficiency, the unit features a small footprint that measures only 8.4” x 7.1” x 1.6”.
